Cabbage Soup Plan For Rapid Weight Loss

February 19, 2015

The cabbage soup plan is a quick and fairly painless way to lose several pounds in a hurry. The promise is you can lose 10 ponds in a week. And that’s exactly what you can do . I’ve done it myself. Like any diet, if you go back to eating like you always do, you’ll gain the weight back.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. This diet plan is a great way to start off a healthier long-term eating plan. Long-term weight loss of about a pound or two a week is the best pace to follow for real weight loss. But that kind of weight loss is painfully slow. Why not mix in an interesting few days of eating differently to get some faster weight loss.

The base of this diet is cabbage soup. Eat all the soup you want throughout the week so you stay full and not hungry. But you get to eat much more than just cabbage soup. Here’s the basic eating plan.

Day One:

Eat all the fruit you want except no bananas.

Day Two:

Eat all the fresh, raw or cooked vegetables you want. No fruits. Baked potato for supper.

Day Three:

Today eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No baked potato today!

Day Four:

Eat up to eight bananas plus skim milk.

Day Five:

Eat ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Or substitute broiled or baked chicken for the beef.

Day Six:

Eat all the beef and vegetables you want on this day.

Day Seven:
