In order to stay fit the mind must become programmed to&#13;<br \/>\n follow some basic rules that were designed for healthy living. These &#13;<br \/>\nrules of healthy living must become routines that are part of who we &#13;<br \/>\nare.<\/p>\n<p>Rule number one &#8211; Starting the day off with a positive &#13;<br \/>\nattitude is the beginning of success. To stay physically fit we must &#13;<br \/>\nstart each day planning on living a healthy day. We must realize that &#13;<br \/>\neating a healthy meal in the morning can help carry us throughout the &#13;<br \/>\nday, while working toward staying physically fit. We must take the time &#13;<br \/>\nto eat something in the morning and not just coffee. This kind of effort&#13;<br \/>\n must be part of our daily living. There are a number of healthy meals &#13;<br \/>\nwe can have in the morning, and plenty of recipes. Or we can start the &#13;<br \/>\nday off preparing vegetables or\/and fruit with a juicer or a blender. &#13;<br \/>\nThis is an excellent way to start the day off giving the body some very &#13;<br \/>\nimportant nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>Rule number two &#8211; Each day should have some &#13;<br \/>\nkind of exercise included. Staying physically fit must include an &#13;<br \/>\nexercise routine as part of the daily schedule. To make sure you stay on&#13;<br \/>\n target, en exercise program much be put in place that includes &#13;<br \/>\nexercising four to six days a week. With all the material available, and&#13;<br \/>\n the number of health clubs and personal trainers available, there &#13;<br \/>\nshouldn&#8217;t be a problem having an exercise program designed specifically &#13;<br \/>\nfor you. The key is to make sure the program is utilized on a regular &#13;<br \/>\nschedule. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s so important to start each day knowing what &#13;<br \/>\nexercising is scheduled for that day, and what time of the day will it &#13;<br \/>\nbe done. To help stay on target each day, a planner should be utilized. &#13;<br \/>\nWriting down the plans for the day is an excellent way to keep on &#13;<br \/>\ntarget.<\/p>\n<p>To keep the exercise program going strong no cigarette &#13;<br \/>\nsmoking or excessive drinking should be a part of the day. Smoking is &#13;<br \/>\nvery dangerous for your health, and it also makes cardio exercising very&#13;<br \/>\n difficult. Staying physically fit has several components, and &#13;<br \/>\nknowing what to eat is a big part of it. Once again, a plan needs to be &#13;<br \/>\nput in place to have positive results. Staying physically fit means &#13;<br \/>\nknowing how to eat healthy meals throughout the day. There are a number &#13;<br \/>\nof books that explain what foods would be appropriate for healthy &#13;<br \/>\nliving. A strong effort must be made to monitor the food put into the &#13;<br \/>\nmouth, and the amount to eat. To stay on target the right portion of &#13;<br \/>\nfood must be eaten, and that doesn't include the super size portion.<\/p>\n<p>In&#13;<br \/>\n addition, eating after seven o'clock is not advisable, because food &#13;<br \/>\nwill sit on the stomach and not digest properly. This could lead to &#13;<br \/>\nweight gain. The whole plan involves becoming familiar with healthy food&#13;<br \/>\n choices and knowing what portions are appropriate.Several smaller meals&#13;<br \/>\n are advisable. If you are very active and not getting enough nutrients &#13;<br \/>\nfrom the food you eat, some supplements can be beneficial. Talk to a &#13;<br \/>\nnutritionist to find out what supplements you need.<\/p>\n<p>Rule number &#13;<br \/>\nfour - Staying physically fit involves getting enough sleep each day. &#13;<br \/>\nGenerally, getting eight hours of sleep each night is enough to keep you&#13;<br \/>\n alert and healthy. When we break up a day into segments of eight hours &#13;<br \/>\nthe picture becomes clear. Eight hours for work-eight hours for free &#13;<br \/>\ntime and eight hours of sleep. This schedule will keep you vibrant and &#13;<br \/>\nready to handle the day.<\/p>\n<p>Staying physically fit is a good way to have a productive life, and to help enjoy life to the fullest.<\/p>\n<p>Physically&#13;<br \/>\n fit people have fewer medical problems, less time in the doctor office,&#13;<br \/>\n fewer colds and flu, fewer diseases and their recuperation time for &#13;<br \/>\nillnesses is faster than people who are not fit. One of the most &#13;<br \/>\nimportant attributes of being fit is that it contributes to living a &#13;<br \/>\nlong life. Sometimes physically fit people live strong and productive &#13;<br \/>\nlives well onto their eighties or nineties.
