Group exercise program plays a great role in eliminating &#13;<br \/>\nboredom and weariness; being in the company of others is energy &#13;<br \/>\nboosting. Most of the activities used for group workout have the &#13;<br \/>\nadvantage of improving fitness in totality rather than focusing on a &#13;<br \/>\nparticular body part. Some of these activities include cycling, walking,&#13;<br \/>\n hop, yoga, swimming, dancing, cardio splash and others.<\/p>\n<p>Also, &#13;<br \/>\nexercising with a group offers avenue for progress to be monitored and &#13;<br \/>\nmeasured; this is because the group is always assigned instructor (s); &#13;<br \/>\nwho would usually structure progress monitoring programs for each &#13;<br \/>\nindividual; this is feasible if the group is not a large one. Even the &#13;<br \/>\nmembers of your group can help you keep up with your progress rate; &#13;<br \/>\nsince they will always pass one comment or the other on how a member is &#13;<br \/>\nfaring.<\/p>\n<p>To its end, you also need to motivate yourself to &#13;<br \/>\nparticipate in your group workout program; punctuality is also very &#13;<br \/>\nimportant in group exercise participation. Discipline is a great virtue &#13;<br \/>\nthat is required in keep-fit programs; you have to determine to stick to&#13;<br \/>\n your goal of achieving a health feat through body exercise.
