The diet you consume today will &#13;<br \/>\nshow its effects in many of the later years to come. Excessive &#13;<br \/>\nconsumption of a diet rich in fat, carbohydrates, alcohol, etc. does &#13;<br \/>\nirreparable damage to your body and many cause problems like obesity as &#13;<br \/>\nwell as serious ailments such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, high &#13;<br \/>\nblood pressure, high cholesterol going forward. A healthy diet &#13;<br \/>\nconsisting of all essential nutrients namely complex carbohydrates, &#13;<br \/>\nessential fatty acids, fiber, protein and mineral goes a long way to &#13;<br \/>\nkeep you healthy. This of course does not mean that you cannot cheat or &#13;<br \/>\nindulge once in a while.
