This&#13;<br \/>\n is a disease that is increasing at an alarming rate. There are over 17 &#13;<br \/>\nmillion Americans suffering from this disease. By physical exercise, you&#13;<br \/>\n can lose weight and help prevent or control this condition. It also &#13;<br \/>\nhelps to improve your blood sugar and cholesterol levels and helped &#13;<br \/>\ncontrol your blood pressure and these are all important factors for &#13;<br \/>\npeople with type II diabetes. In a study performed by the school of &#13;<br \/>\npublic health, it was found that by walking one hour a day , it could &#13;<br \/>\nreduce the risk of developing type II diabetes by 34%.<\/p>\n<p>If you &#13;<br \/>\nsuffer from back pain, then exercise can benefit you also.
