Unfortunately, in today&#8217;s society most&#13;<br \/>\n people are unwilling to do anything to reach this goal . Before work, &#13;<br \/>\nBefore money one must look out for themselves, as without health one &#13;<br \/>\nlimits oneself to only what his or her system can handle. Everyone alive&#13;<br \/>\n today should take following three aspects of healthy living into &#13;<br \/>\nconsideration; diet food, physical activity, and stress control.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Healthy Food<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Healthy&#13;<br \/>\n eating is consider as one of the most important aspect of being &#13;<br \/>\nhealthy. If one does not exercise or take a good diet is one&#8217;s only hope&#13;<br \/>\n of staying away from the doctor&#8217;s office. A perfect diet can even &#13;<br \/>\nreduce weight without being hungry. A good diet can help reduce blood &#13;<br \/>\npressure, manage weight, strengthen the immune system, boost energy, and&#13;<br \/>\n help prevent weight related illnesses such as heart disease and &#13;<br \/>\ndiabetes. Unfortunately, most people are misguided by less knowledgeable&#13;<br \/>\n person and most people aren&#8217;t aware of the basic needs of their body to&#13;<br \/>\n be healthy.<\/p>\n<p>A person must eat from 6 to 12 servings of grain, &#13;<br \/>\n3-4 servings of dairy (for teenagers), 5-10 servings of vegetables and &#13;<br \/>\nfruit and 2-3 servings of meat or meat substitutes. Overall, one must &#13;<br \/>\nhave around 2,000 calories daily. But, people seem unwilling to follow &#13;<br \/>\nthese simple guidelines to a longer and healthier life. Many either take&#13;<br \/>\n up eating as a past time activity, and others find it something to &#13;<br \/>\nrebel against and avoid with enthusiasm. Hopefully, the future will hold&#13;<br \/>\n positive changes in how people perceive their dietary habits, and learn&#13;<br \/>\n to cooperate with their bodies for a wholesome, and fulfilling life.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Stress Reduction<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s&#13;<br \/>\n fast moving world, more and more people are getting stressed over their&#13;<br \/>\n career, their jobs, their friends, their families, their reputation, &#13;<br \/>\ntheir financial status, and anything else they can think of. Health is &#13;<br \/>\nnot only eating right and exercising. Negative stress can cause a &#13;<br \/>\nweakened immune system, physical pain, severe fatigue, mental weakness &#13;<br \/>\n(e.g.- depression), losing the ability to deal with situations, and &#13;<br \/>\noverall weakness. Positive stress helps to generate adrenaline and &#13;<br \/>\nprevent stagnation in any stage in life and is a necessity for a healthy&#13;<br \/>\n life.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Physical Exersize<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>As&#13;<br \/>\n we create more and more conveniences, we become less and less active. &#13;<br \/>\nThis is the purpose of these creations, but its consequences are far &#13;<br \/>\nmore serious than many people choose to believe. We live in a society &#13;<br \/>\nwhere inactivity is not only endorsed, but is expected. Each new &#13;<br \/>\ninvention makes it easier to do something faster and with ease and less &#13;<br \/>\neffort; the dishwasher, the elevator, the remote, the car, the Internet,&#13;<br \/>\n the clapper, and much more other things.<\/p>\n<p>It is recommended that &#13;<br \/>\nminimum of 60 minutes of low-level activity a day, yet many people are &#13;<br \/>\nunable to meet that requirement. Washing the dishes, changing the &#13;<br \/>\nchannel manually, taking the stairs, walking to the store, using the &#13;<br \/>\nlight switch, going to the library, and much more. Activity makes life &#13;<br \/>\nmore interesting, diverse and dynamic, yet people prefer to hide at home&#13;<br \/>\n where they can either watch the lives of others, or berate themselves &#13;<br \/>\nfor their own.<\/p>\n<p>After all Healthy active living is a perfect &#13;<br \/>\nlifestyle in which people will get a good Health. it is an ideal all &#13;<br \/>\npeople should do their best to reach at all walks of life. Healthy and &#13;<br \/>\nactive living is the only real way in today&#8217;s life to increase one&#8217;s &#13;<br \/>\nchances of having not only a long life but also cheerful life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Most&#13; people wish to have good health.
